Has anyone had this issue before:

After I hit submit payment Am Ex sends me to an error screen that says something like "we're sorry, something happened and your transaction couldn't be completed. Please try again." I then just close the browser.

But then, 20 minutes later, I get an order approved email.

This happened to me on Monday and just again today.

Neither have tracked with TCP though.

I haven't submitted a ticket for the Monday one b/c it hasn't been 7 days yet, but am I likely to get the money? It's not a lot, $3k each, so $90, but I need that money now to offset the VGC fees!
