Some data points for that might help

4/16 10K personalized business order, OBC - approved
5/5 6K business order, OBC - approved
5/6 10K business order, Arrival +, declined (I didn't have the 4 digit zip ext)
5/6 10K business order, Arrival +, declined (included 4 digit zip ext)
5/6 10K personalized business order, OBC - approved

What did I learn? use my OBC if I want to be approved... generic or personalized didn't matter. I'll try with my SPG next to see what happens. I'm hesitant to keep trying with other cards as I don't want extra scrutiny for my business cards since I don't have a TIN and am using SSN.
