When does Qatar release blocked J (front row) seats?
I've tried searching for this but couldn't find an answer.

I'm travelling with QR OSL-DOH-BKK in business in 2 weeks time and I was just wondering if anyone knows when Qatar allows selection of seats 1A/1K (on the 787) 10A/K(on the A380), expertflyer shows they are blocked and not taken.
