It may have changed but my understanding was that you can enrol any date but the effective date for challenge start will be 1st or 16th. e.g. can enrol on 15th and be backdated to the 1st or start on 16th for example
the 16th June is a only key date for someone who can meet the challenge requirements but not meet the full 50k EQP/EQM or 60 segments together with 4 AA sectors by 31 Dec
