I have done a few 30 minute connections and they usually work out. However, a 30 minute connection when your starting point is a delay prone airport can lead to issues. SFO is a very delay prone airport as we all know.

If this person is on a business trip, wouldn't the person paying for the trip pay for the taxi?

It's really difficult to believe that everything in the rant when they post that WN is the most on time airline twice and we all know that's just wrong. It's been a while since they were the #1 on time airline.
