Muar brings back memories as I used to drop in a couple of times a year for my previous work 10+ years ago. Never stayed the night though. The option at that time was a run down hotel where now the D99 hotel stands... at the time that hotel was known for all sorts of nocturnal activities (isnt Muar known for that anyway )
Sitting by the beach eating otak2 was also a good memory.

Interesting too the practice on the funeral robes. I never really took notice, always thought of all being the same "white" but didnt notice the colour coded bands.
