If earning Avios/TPs is of importance to you, then you must always check before booking whether the ticket you are contemplating will earn you any Avios/TPs.

When your ticket is in a class that is not mentioned in the relevant table, then it earns 0 Avios and 0 Tier Points.
Except the main Collecting Avios page very clearly states:

"You'll collect Avios every time you fly with us or any of our oneworld airline partners, with a minimum of 125 Avios per flight".

No mention of 'subject to valid booking class'. It could not be clearer: "You'll earn Avios EVERY time".
