Not that it's relevant to this thread, but as an FB member, you should already know very well that most cheap economy tickets on most partners earn no Flying Blue miles.
Again, the website of your frequent flyer programme always contains the relevant earning information (Your statement above could be interpreted as meaning that you consulted with KE to determine FB mileage earning. This is going about things the wrong way - to determine earning in your frequent flyer programme, you must consult the frequent flyer programme, NOT the airline partner).

And again, as is standard for most such programmes/tables, any classes not specifically mentioned/listed in the table earn 0 points/miles.
