The BA Executive Club indicates, for every airline with which they partner, which classes earn miles, and at which rates.

The table for MH can be found here.

If earning Avios/TPs is of importance to you, then you must always check before booking whether the ticket you are contemplating will earn you any Avios/TPs.

When your ticket is in a class that is not mentioned in the relevant table, then it earns 0 Avios and 0 Tier Points.
