If Vanillas will load at Target with a pin (as has been reported), its not completely over. Just an extra step. CB Portal--> AGC---> Your favorite looted Baltimore drug store ($500 Vanilla ($4.95))----> Target. In other words, each $5,000 will cost an extra $49.50 (10 cards) to liquidate, which is still paid for by AGC cashback. I agree the extra step is a lot of extra work, but may weed out those who aren't serious MSers.
