some eBay sellers advertise that they can scan and email you the UC pass,
instead of dropping it in the mail. I guess some UC agents are willing to
accept scanned copies of the passes? that may explain why your physical
one-time pass was already used. (just my guess)
Does anyone think that if you could sell thousands of counterfeit passes, you'd not be able to get similar cardstock, get them printed up and perf'd? I don't see how someone could legitimately get 500 chase passes to sell.
