Its great to hear that Customers like him as much as most of the Crew do.

As to crew asking Passengers not to sit down, I have to say most Crew do. If I see someone getting up for the loo I tell them to be careful and they shouldn't be up. But if someone needs to go, they need to go..... If they just get up randomly I make sure they get spoken to. However in 75% of the cases I do, I get "the look" or a rather rude reply. So I said my peace and if they decide to go against my advice, then so be it. Crew can not physically force people to sit down I am afraid.
Sounds like BA needs to clone him....several times. ^
