Conflicting fare rules for "Economy Promotion"
Hi All,

It appears that "Economy Promotion" does not allow Rebooking and Cancellation but when I go to the last step of the booking process online (where you pay credit card) then the fare notes page contains following langauge:

CHANGES
ANY TIME
CHARGE USD 135.00 FOR REISSUE/REVALIDATION.

I am confused. Can I change the day of departure or return of my flight after booking or not ?
