well if you check out sunrise mart, I'd be surprised if the one on 41st has it. the one near Astor Place has more stuff and has more household items, although I don't recall seeing diapers there.

there's also a japanese goods store on 47th between lex and 3rd, but its small and I doubt they have stuff. Mitsuwa is your best bet followed by Sunrise Mart near Astor Place
