Your title is a bit misleading, nowhere in your post do you say you were kicked out of the club. Sounds like you just stayed and engaged until they went to the back to clean up the beer and then you left on your own. More appropriate would have been to say you were being denied entry.
But the attendant was wrong, the only reason they may have had to deny you entry (reports of it at LAX) is if they are over crowded. Before I got my club card I had the Explorer card and used my passes and never got asked to show ID or the CC.
They're not allowed to ask for cc, id is understandable, who knows if you're over 21 or not. When I had the explorer card, I gave away my lounge passes to my friends, had non ua star gold, if I got a call from a lounge attendant asking about my card, I would've told them to suck a horse.

Is this not included in the T&Cs? I'm sure someone on here can confirm. If so, I have absolutely no sympathy for the OP.
It is fully transferable, I can give a pass to someone for free, but a lounge dragon can't know that.
