I don't think so but from what i've read you get them if it's a flex booking or higher, *G doesn't seem to matter for those seats. With AC they only give them to people who are 50k+. After some searching i found that some people have gotten them by calling and asking so i guess it's up the agent. Someone with more experience may correct me if i'm wrong.
