I have a flight in Y tomorrow booked as a QF award.

I am unable to do OLCI because of this being a partner award apparently, which doesn't bother me - however whilst checking the booking I noticed that my QF number was present in the FF information. I had originally changed it when I made the booking to my BA FF number some time ago so thought this was strange. Changing it to my BA number and applying to all sectors doesn't seem to stick, as logging out then logging back in it reverts to the QF number despite it showing as successfully applied when previously changing it.

checkmytrip and AY MMB show my BA FF number, is this just a quirk with CX IT?

It's not a big deal as it's just a redemption flight but I am only OWR with QF now as opposed to OWE with BA.
