Wolf Trap is in a very suburban area. I'm not aware of any hotels that offer a shuttle directly there, although given that it's the evening maybe you could convince an airport-shuttle driver to make the trip.

Reston Town Center, Mosaic District, and Tysons Corner are all nearby and have restaurants, but aren't really lively past 10 PM. For that, you'll have to go further into town -- Ballston or Falls Church city have a few good bars, but for real selection (of nightlife & hotels) there's Clarendon in Arlington, Old Town Alexandria, or DC neighborhoods like Dupont, Chinatown, and Shaw (beyond the convention center).

Most of the latter are accessible by Metro; otherwise, Wolf Trap's website links to a new shuttle service that offers $45 roundtrip coaches from DC & Arlington.
