nacho, thanks for warning. I'll be more careful in Hangzhou. Is it applied to Shanghai as well?

I will pretend I didn't hear anything about using the same cloth for cleaning both toilet and glass

Btw I have heard the same story about using the same cloth for cleaning both toilet and glass in IHG hotels in China too. You have no way to tell and it's something that I think that happens everywhere - all over the world. The same report also reported the Sheraton Hangzhou is having the same hygiene issue too.
