I looked through the FAQ and searched so apologies if this is elsewhere and needs to be merged.

I just had a completed stay and the reservation is nowhere to be found in my history or anything like that. Check out was on the 2nd.
I see my other recent stays for recent trips in the history and it looks like the points posted the next day.

Is this normal for it to totally disappear until it gets posted with the points? Just anxious to get these 20k+ points so I can make a awards booking for Las Vegas.
