One weather cancellation to date this year as well as a mechanical, both YUL/YYZ.

Off to YOW on Wednesday, back from YUL on Thursday.

Anyways, yes, plenty of cancellations for mechanical and weather reasons. But the OP is alleging that it was load based, and that I cannot see happening on a Rapidair route.
