I have a Macbook Air 11 inch w/8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash storage. It's fast and I love it. I got it because of it's easy portability, especially when traveling and not to mention, it's super light. It all depends on what you are trying to do with your computer and what you need it for. You can also buy a portable hard drive (which are pretty small these days) to add more space if need be.
