It's a difficult question as it depends year on year.

I would say it ranges from 20 to 40k. I'm in my extremely late 20s (turning to the next decade in two months) and travel 6 months a year for work which helps mileage-wise and a bit for hotel points which will allow me to spend 5 nights at the PH NYC in July instead of paying for it (in which case I wouldn't stay at the PH).

I travel either with my girlfriend, one or two friends or family.
