As I am London based, I tend to fly mostly BA. On this occasion, I have been booked on Emirates for an upcoming trip to Dubai. I have therefore created a Skywards account, but cannot seem to find a way online to add my existing booking to my account. Is this possible online, or do I need to call someone to do this?
