Jamier45 burnt custard when he visited me a few months ago. I think he was suitably impressed (or perhaps worried?) to see my blowtorch handling skills in the kitchen!
Btw, am taking photos of the apparatus salad and tortellini this evening and will post later so all can see what they look like.
