Yes, very hard to do this, was just saying that in the case of the YYC bar, they planned for the expansion of the lounge, thus driving up monthly rent due to having to accommodate X number of pax and space for the bar (and the cost of building the bar itself)

Exactly spot on. That's why I don't think that drinking too much is the issue, they just want to cut costs (I suspect) while calling it an enhancement.
