Hard to assign an additional rent-cost line item to an MLL when they've already got the space. It's not like they're going to expand the lounge to fit in a bar.

I may be silly, but I honestly have not seen 1 person at a lounge who clearly served themselves way too much. I read stories on FT about over consumption (or eager consumption) at the YEG MLL but have not seen it first hand.
If the stories I hear from friends flying YMM-YYZ are any indication, it does happen predictably on some routes.
...but yeah, have we seen four news stories in a year about over-intoxicated pax causing problems on AC flights?
I guess what I'm really wondering is, who's actually drinking enough that this is a problem in need of an expensive solution?
