Called BA and asked them to put it through on Finnair codeshare (which they did this time!) But it came out with no I class availability for them too.

Back on the phone to Finnair now to see if I can improve on that £1700 fare from earlier, looks like this is the only way forward until AA's site lets me book online possibly.
