Totally. I suspect we'll never get that data. What annoys me the most is that these MLL changes to moving away from self service bars are being dubbed by AC (Ben Smith IIRC) as an enhancement.

That's the part that irritates me the most. They are trying to cut costs, nothing more. In fact, if AC cites that they are seeing an increase in the # of customers being denied boarding due to being far too intoxicated, then fine. If AC cites that their liquor costs are getting out of control (i'd be surprised if they said this, but fine). If AC does what the LCBO does when it comes to defending their monopoly in Ontario by citing "social responsibility", even that, FINE. But to bill it as an enhancement? Well, out of every provider on the planet I guess who would call it that, that'd be AC - but that isn't just "politics", that's a flat out lie. Outside of the FTers on one hand who like this change, the majority do not. Clearly a provider would listen and make adjustments to an adjustment? I guess not.
