Does AC have a "no tipping" policy at the MLL's that have staffed bars? Do the bartenders put out a tip jar? What are the observations, if any, of people tipping?

I'm not cheap and I don't mind tipping. For me though, I rarely have much if any change. When I travel I use credit and debit cards. (easier for receipts and expensing)
