Hi guys,

So we have all boarded and are sitting in a hot cabin as the APU is not working. The captain has asked ground to connect to an Aux however when it finally arrived it's battery was dead. Now ground are trying to source a new battery.

Departure time was 13:15. It's now 13:45

Iam on RFS booking, when or if does the EU261 come into play?
If it does, what sort of pictures, time stamps should I do?
