Yeah the delays displayed by the app can vary wildly.

One time I had already boarded the 7:40 BRU-LHR, the flight deck announced a delay of 10 min, which kept being renewed. Meanwhile, the app showed a new departure time of 10:30.

Eventually, we did depart just over an hour late so the app wasn't exactly accurate.
