I actually depress myself with how much I spend on Holidays so I prefer not to think about it! just take the Business class flights London - Hawaii for 3.. with BA, then 2-3 weeks in of lux hotels )-; Good news is that with the falling euro, staying on Cote D'Azur (and eating there) is 20% cheaper than it used to be!
