I know this is a slightly ironic question (since I have bought many gift cards in my time) but I have some young family members about to travel abroad. I'd like to get them a gift card that they can use while overseas. IIRC, I believe all the Visa/MC gift cards I've run through specifically say "valid only in the USA".

Does anyone know of any GCs that can be used outside the US? (This would be for an actual gift and used as intended - not for stuffing Kate or other MS tricks.)
