I stand corrected, just did VS26 last week, although in Economy. We got a light breakfast after take-off and a full meal 2 hours before landing.

I presume the Upper Class breakfast would be not so light as the shrink wrapped bagel and a few pieces of fruit that I got; it was a good thing I had a proper breakfast in the Clubhouse before boarding.
