Aside from wx, there could be maintenance issues, crew availability issues, etc. Or perhaps there were a combination of factors.

Guess we posted minutes of each other. Yes, I agree. I've never ever had a
Rapidair flight cancelled...delayed, yes, due to weather or w/e, but never due to load factors.
