Fully ready to call today for our upgrade , expecting process to be "broken". Found both my husband and myself (sep PNR's) were upgraded already. Changed his seat next to mine...very pleasantly surprised. Our T-48 window had not yet arrived.
So far, 8 for 8 this year. YMMV
