My account is blocked in the same way. I called the Iberia Plus US toll-free customer service and spoke with a rep. He asked for certain information then instructed me to email the same to
[email protected] with the request to have my account reactivated. The info he wanted was passport #, email, phone # and billing address. He said it would take 24-48hrs for the account to be reactivated.
I'll check again later in the week to confirm.
