What they also need to fix is boarding in Manila. The line of pre-boarding on May 1 had close to 70 people. I understand wheelchairs, and little kids, but families numbering 6 or more with Kids who looks 10 to 12 all "pre-boarding". Lot's of adults with no apparent reason for pre-boarding.
This happens regularly on Manila departures. Also, on terminal 3 I am yet to find the APEC line manned.
The problem is that with one needing pre-boarding assistance out of MNL, there usually is a village accompanying. Seen it the 3 times I exited MNL
