Yup, I am in Europe too (for now at least, pending this week's General Election !!), and whenever I call Hilton it is a UK number that I dial. It is routinely routed through to various places (Romania, Texas, wherever.......), but I only pay a few pence for a local call.

Is this not the same for all ?????
