It's not a killer gap between the two. SKG handled around five million passengers in 2014, HER managed over six million that year.

And for a fig leaf of topic-content, Thessaloniki certainly has an Aegean lounge.

Rhodes is snapping at Thess's heels, overtaking the mainland airport in passenger numbers in previous years.
