Let's see:
1. 72 hours no reply from Hilton Honors , my mistake even sending them anything.
2. 24 hours no response from Diamond Desk email.
3. No response yet from Erin
4. No response from Warsaw Poland Hilton which is the offending Hotel in 48 hours .
Checked out 7 days ago 2 rooms and no points and no stay credit.
Way to keep Diamonds Happy Hilton!!!
By the way I am in Europe and prefer not to pay for overseas phone calls which is why I am emailing.
Of course with such a joke IT department at Hilton maybe nobody even gets emails.
