Seems to me that some folks are getting a little too wrapped up in semantics. This isn't a Supreme Court ruling or a United Nations Peacekeeping treaty where every word must be critically analyzed. It's a simple response from a low-level Hilton representative who has a huge number of emails that she or he must answer.

While I don't know for a fact, I'd bet that this is probably a "cut/paste" or "click a box" situation where the representative chooses the closest appropriate option. To me, getting worked up over word choice seems a bit excessive.
