There's no way for me to make sure I know the answers to the security questions. They are selected by the third party company lexis nexus and Citibank told me that I would have to contact that company myself to fix the questions and that the process would take 3 months. They would only give me the general number and not a person I could speak with directly. It sounds like they have many questions to choose from but they mostly center on the exwife. They possibly have her mixed up with me or think I'm her daughter.
