Interestingly I seem to be on the opposite boat as most of you-I'll most likely leave when UA gets better operationally (without overtaking AS/DL). Before moving to SEA I lived near a regional airport (turboprops only until recently) and started with UA after the DL/NW merger (DL was clueless replacing NW, US was US, and AA didn't fly there) before going to school in LA. Due to UA's operational failures and various CS snafus, their miles and ecerts have been funding my travel to the tune of paying less than $300 out of pocket for 10k PQM/BIS and a domestic saver Y RT, and as a poor grad student, $$$ is king.
