Enrollment itself should take less than 30 minutes. It took 30 minutes to enroll in DUS just because I was the 2nd person they had every enrolled so had to call another party despite the step-by-step procedure being laid out in a checklist. FRA should have more experience with enrollments so the process of enrolling should not take 30 minutes.
