There is a third party lounge. No idea if BA pay for their passengers to use it or not though; certainly doesn't appear in the lounge directory.

I find lounges at holiday outstations to be less my cuppa tea as it's hard to find a quiet spot. I'm not sure I would pay for the Heraklion lounge as opposed to a more business-heavy airport.
