Do you mean additional benefits for your company, or for you personally? If you mean better rates and such, unless you are doing millions in revenue for them, probably not.
Personally, no. You will get room credits for setting up meetings and rewarding event points; however, if you are only setting up room reservations and such, you will not receive anything. I can share from personal experience as my team generates a ton of revenue for Marriott (in the millions and I sign the contracts).
