I do allot of business with 1 website and want to use my citi virtual cards with them. The virtual cards don't work for this site for some reason & when I called them they said it was because the number came up invalid.

My virtual card numbers start with 5403 and I am thinking it has something to do with this prefix. But I have the citi diamond preferred card and the first 4 of my card are 5424 so I am not sure why the number is different.

My question is does anybody else have a different citi card where the first 4 of the virtual number is different from 5403? If so I am thinking of switching to this cards to try and see if it works then. I am really interested in the Hilton honors visa.
