The funny thing is, that, it's the 180 degree opposite for the paying customers. The integrity of UGs (IMO) is the NUMBER ONE priority for us. I think many people will choose who to fly based on the UG system and priority.
Don't speak for me...I think safety, price, schedule convenience, equipment, timeliness, and service all rank above upgrades for most paying passengers.
